In 1997—before “divine feminine” was mainstream—I followed the call and created The Goddess Workout: a soulful blend of bellydance, sacred embodiment, and feminine power. What began as my personal ritual became a global movement—five DVDs in thirteen languages, sales in Target, streaming on Hulu, and featured on The View, Conan, and even Sex and the City.
